| $1.92M Goal Set |
A goal of $1.92M has been set for the 2008 Annual Campaign that kicks off on September 6 with Helping Hands Day. "This ten percent increase over last year's goal was set by the Campaign Cabinet to assist our community in furthering the United Way's agenda for change," said Carole Shafer, Campaign Co-Chair.
United Way is bringing diverse people and resources together to address the critical needs southwest Wyoming. An "Agenda for Change" is being determined for each county with local volunteers identifying the critical needs of their community and setting a vision and goals to address these needs. In addition to funding local health and human service programs, United Way is collaborating with those who can help implement strategies that will create long-lasting change.
Invest in your community. Give to United Way. Many companies offer easy payroll deduction for their employees. For more information contact United Way. |
