It may not be Spring yet, but things are starting to bloom at Lake Chapin Shores. We just broke ground on our 9th home, a Timberline on Lot 15. It'll be a walkout with a first floor master suite and two more bedrooms in the walkout level. We're adding a huge wrap around deck which will offer beautiful views and the perfect spot to entertain, or simply relax and enjoy everything that Lake Chapin Shores has to offer.
