After last year's popular commercial workshop covering the headlines of international conferences, Roche are hosting a similarly-themed workshop this year:

Roche:

Headlines of International Conferences in 2012 - a Roche-sponsored symposium

Tuesday 6 November, 13.00-14.00, Room 11

What have been the latest developments in cancer research and treatment? Taking the data from past congresses, the symposium will present an independent view of the headline data from this year's key congresses.

Roche Products Limited welcomes all NCRI delegates to attend this Roche-sponsored symposium and hear from a clinician's perspective how the highlights of congresses such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting could impact on patient care in the UK.

As in previous Conferences, BACR will also be hosting two educational workshops:

1. Pre-clinical breast cancer models, hosted by Valerie Speirs (Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine, UK)

2. Translation of radiation biology into meaningful clinical trials: All aboard!, hosted by Ricky Sharma (University of Oxford, UK)

Want a private meeting at the Conference?

A key component of the NCRI Cancer Conference is the opportunity to network with other delegates. We are therefore delighted to announce that there will be a number of meeting booths (with cabled internet connection) available again at this year's Conference to allow private meetings with other delegates, from 2-6 people.

You will be able to schedule meetings at the booking desk situated in Hall 2 during the Conference.
