Flex Plans Renewal ReminderFPRenewal

Starting January 1, 2013, Health FSA salary reductions will be capped at $2,500 per calendar year. Groups with Flex Plans that renew on or after February 1, 2012 should consider implementing the cap now, as this will avoid having to make complicated adjustments starting next January. Groups that have caps of $2,500 or less don't have to take any action at this time.
