Please Read Carefully
Follow these steps to apply for membership in Flotilla 5-10:
Step 1. Please complete the following:1) Complete the membership application. This link will get you the application please print this out single sided in black and white:
2) Download the New Member Course
Study Guide and the New Member
Reference Guide. These guides will tell you quite a bit about the Auxiliary and will help you get through the New Members Course in the next section. Tip: Leave them open in PDF format and search them for answers when you do the test in the next section.
Note there
are a lot of questions on uniforms in the study guide, even though you
may want to hold off on buying a uniform the Aux still needs you to
know the basics.
3) Log in and complete the "New Members Course" on-line. Make sure you print out the page that says you've completed the course.
To do this you need to set up an account on eLearn, there are
directions in the opening page. Once you confirm the account (via an email
message which will be sent to you) you will have access to eLearn and to the New Member course. No special password is required to access the
course (but you will need to set up a password in the registration
process)

Step 2. Please bring the following to Louis Nock, who will check it for completeness:1) Your Completed Application
2) Your Passport (if you don't have a passport then see the application
Section IX-B for other acceptable proof of citizenship)

A copy of your Passport or proof of citizenship.4) Confirmation that you have completed the New Member Course
5) When complete we will hold this info for you.
Step 3. Fingerprinting and photo. We will need to schedule fingerprinting and photos for you. We are going to do this during one of our normal classes or during a division meeting on the first Monday of the month. We need to schedule 5 or more people at a time to make it worthwhile for the special "finger print technician" to come and visit us.
