Genesis Medical Imaging Offers New Service Program
Genesis Medical Imaging introduces the "SPARC Service Program" for CT and MRI
systems.
SPARC (System Performance, Availability,
Reliability, and Control) is designed to ensure system
performance to published specifications, facilitate system availability during
normal operating hours, improve the overall system reliability, minimize
unexpected costs, and provide control over identified service events.
Phase I of SPARC on display at RSNA 2008 will be the High Voltage diagnostic
test equipment for CT. The advantages of SPARC High Voltage Module are in
circuit testing of all high voltage components, component testing with and
without the high voltage, confirmation of effective component status before high
voltage is applied, and documented performance parameters with and
without high voltage application.
SPARC High Voltage Module can individually test the Inverter, Cables, H.V.
Tanks, X-Ray Tube, Rotor System, and System Integrity. Additional SPARC modules
will be available for Computer, Gantry, DAS, Power, and Table.
