DUMAC will GIVE you up to $800...

We want to give you a credit on your account for one year of Software Support.

How? It is Simple!

Do you know someone who is opening a restaurant? So you know they are looking for a system to manage their business. Contact us by email or a phone call to let us know about them. If they buy a Digital Dining System ... YOU GET ONE YEAR OF SOFTWARE SUPPORT.

Wouldn't it have been easier to buy your system if you knew someone who could tell you all about it? If someone could let you see Digital Dining operate (aside from a Salesperson's Demonstration)?

Not valid for Hardware Support Contracts. Referral Customer MUST complete the purchase process and install the Digital Dining System. Not valid for upgrades or relicenses. One Free Year of Support is equivalent to Basic System Support and Credit Card Module Support totaling not more than $800.00 per referral. No substitution may be made for this offer. Customers are not limited to the number of rewards they can accrue.  Not redeemable for cash.

Credit Card Processors knocking down your door?

We all have them, credit card processors trying to get you to change.
Better Rates, Fewer Fees, Better Customer Service... Who Pays the Fees?

Things to remember when shopping ...
  • Better rates aren't always better - Shop all of the card types, meaning Debit Cards, Personal User Cards, Small Business Cards, Frequent Flyer Cards, etc. each card type has a different rate, some are pretty high and if you take a lot of those cards the  Personal User rate might look great but the others might off set it.
  • Contracts - Do you have one now? How much will you have to spend to get out of it? Will you have a contract with the new processor? Will they buy out your current contract?
  • Transaction Fees - Do you pay a Per Swipe fee? What is the difference for Manually entered transactions? Can the rate be decreased if you enter the Zip Code or CVV2 code on Manual Entries.
  • Digital Dining Change Fee - There is a $450 change fee which Digital Dining and DUMAC must charge when you switch processors. This allows Digital Dining to process the change and DUMAC to test and install the change at your site. Will the new processor pick that fee up for you?
The following platforms are approved for use in Digital Dining: Mercury Payment Systems, Vital TSYS Acquiring Solutions,  Paymentech, First Data Merchant Services (FDMS), NPC, BAMS (Bank of America Merchant Services).

If the Representative would like to move you over to a different platform, check with us to see if we can set you up with it.

Is your computer's antivirus up to date?

Do you see a message on the screen in the morning that says

"Time to Update",

"Your AVG is Out of Date".

Is your your
AVG icon blacked out or just not there?

Please be sure to contact us so that we can get you on a current version.

Viruses are a costly problem and are not covered by your annual  support agreement so keeping your antivirus software current is a great way to minimize the chances for a virus on your system.

The current version of AVG is 9.0. All other versions, including AVG Free, should be replaced with version 9.0.

Remember how...?

Do you remember how to put items on the Item Out List so that it can be marked as "Out of Stock" or to count down when you are low?

Start or continue in a check that you are using. Touch Register Options , then Item Out List or 86 Item Out.

You will see your Menu Top Panel. Choose the item you wish to put out or count down. To put the item on the list as OUT just hit enter on the keyboard. To mark the item with a number to count down, enter the number left and hit enter.
Are You PCI Compliant? What is this all about?

Here is a link for you to better understand what everyone is "talking" about.
