To all of you who made it to the Trendz "Grand Opening" on May 7... THANKS! I had tons of samples out - my new "Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam" served over cream cheese, my "Dark Chocolate Chipotle Almonds", "Dilly Cucumber" Dip, and "Wine-A-Rita's" in the blender! YUM-O!!
It was truly a hoppin' night at Trendz... lots of food, music, live models, wine & martinis, "give-aways", and LOTS of shopping!!!
If you weren't able to catch us at the "Grand Opening" - no worries! You can always join us for "First Thursdays" when we will offer complimentary "wine, food & fun"... Our next one is scheduled for Thursday, June 4 from 5-8.

THE
SPRITZER
This half wine, half club soda beauty blossoms in hot weather. Make sure your wine is chilled, and get that soda near absolute zero. Then you won't have to further dilute the wine by using ice.

Blushing Bride 
1 oz peach schnaps
1 oz grenadine
4 oz Champagne
Pour peach schnapps and grenadine into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
