And, as promised, I am including
my recipe for the
EASIEST APPETIZER EVER
that was served at my Open House
(The one that everyone wanted the recipe for!)
I figured that this was THE month that we really need something EASY and FAST.
This recipe definitely qualifies!
Swiss Cheese Dip
1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayo (can use lite)
8 oz cream cheese (can use lite)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in a medium size baking dish. Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until warmed through and bubbly around edges. I serve with Ritz "Air Crisps".

Santa's Workshop 
Things have been very, very busy here at the "Creations Branch" of Santa's Workshop this year. Though the elves are still busy working on current orders, I am sorry to say that Santa is no longer taking orders for the 2007 holiday season. Please note that Creations does offer GIFT CERTIFICATES in any denomination that are good anytime/anywhere - Shows, website, or by appointment in my Creations home studio. |
