Little Tidbits
KUDOS to my friend, Heidi, for winning the award for "Idea of the Year" (AND a $25 gift certificate! ) Heidi was a 'frequent flyer' in the monogram glasses department - and suggested doing a monogram plate to coordinate with the glasses. (See above) Thanks, Heidi!
TESTIMONIAL So enjoyed meeting all of you Silpada Jewelry reps at your national convention here in Kansas City this summer. What a great bunch of gals you are! WINE WORD OF THE DAY
"Nouveau" - A tradition started in Beaujolais, these are usually quickly fermented fruity red wines that are the first release of the new harvest. The best from France, Italy and California are fresh, fruity and dry - a celebration of the harvest. They are greatly enjoyable during the fall and winter holidays. Bottled rapidly after fermentation is completed and rushed to the market, Nouveau wines display all their charms from the get-go and should be consumed within months of release.

When I think of fall - I picture the glorious colors of the changing leaves, the smell of bonfires, the taste of caramel apples and hot cider... My husband, on the other hand, thinks FOOTBALL! So - in honor of husbands everywhere, I give you something a little classier (than beer) to serve at your next football party!
Two-Point Conversion
4 oz white rum
4 oz dark rum
3 oz cranberry juice
6 oz sour mix
6 oz pina colada mix
In one blender combine rums, sour mix, cranberry juice and ice. In another blender combine pina colada mix with ice. When serving, alternate layers of mixtures and serve with a straw and an orange wheel with a cherry. (Makes two 16 oz servings) |

Well - there she is... my first Creations newsletter! Yippee!! Please feel free
to forward my information on to friends/relatives etc. I would just love it!
My entire business has evolved through "word of mouth" advertising, and I am
very proud of that. Satisfied customers are the greatest way to grow a business!
For those of us in retail - the next three months get pretty darn crazy! I am
already processing many holiday orders; including some large corporate orders.
I don't want to turn anyone down due to lack of time - so I ask one big favor
from all of you... Please order as early as possible!! That being said - Please don't ever hesitate to call me about an order. If I simply can't do it, I will tell you that.
I LOVE this time of year - Sitting outside in a warm, cozy sweater with a glass of merlot... Savor these crisp, golden days of autumn while they are with us.
