Abortion Executive Order Can't Fix Problems!
Contact Congressman Cao and encourage him to remain a 'no' vote

21 March 2010

Greetings!

Congressman Stupak and President Obama have reached an agreement on an executive order that, they claim, will fix the pro-abortion aspects of the bill.  With this development, there is little doubt that the Senate health care reform bill will pass today.

While no one has seen the language of this executive order, the pro-life community has resoundingly stated that an executive order cannot fix the abortion problems in the health care bill.  Not only can an executive order be rescinded at anytime, but the Supreme Court has decided before that executive orders cannot permanently alter statutes passed by Congress.

Please give Congressman Cao a call and send him an email and let him know that the promised executive order does not solve the pro-abortion problems.  Ask him to stick to his 'no' vote.
