Greetings!

Saturday morning showed how distributing the truth can save a life. 
Here is Yvette Fouchi's (our Vigil Coordinator) story:

"Just about the time a huge group of pro-lifers showed up from St. Charles Borremeo CYO, a car pulled up to the abortion facility and dropped off a mother and her two young daughters.

Since the abortion facility doors were not yet opened, I had a chance to speak to the two daughters.  I soon learned that the younger 14 year-old daughter was pregnant and there for an abortion.

After I gave information to the older sister, the group of three preceded to go in and out of the facility for a little while.  Throughout the whole time, I was unable to speak to the emotionless mother.

A little while later, the older daughter came out and told me, 'I just wanted to let you know that my sister and mother have decided to keep the baby.  Until my mother read your information, she never knew abortion could hurt my sister.'

After praying and crying tears of joy with both daughters, a car came and picked up the three woman.  As they were leaving, all the vigilers present erupted into joyous applause and celebration, causing the mother of the pregnant daughter to finally smile from ear to ear.  It was an amazing and blessed morning!"

Yvette's story from Saturday shows us what happens when we just show up and pray.  Hearts are softened when the truth is presented.  So far during this campaign, 5 lives have been saved through 5 hearts that were softened by prayer.
