National Hazing Prevention Week

National Hazing Prevention week is an opportunity for campuses, schools, communities, organizations, and individuals to promote the prevention of hazing. It is observed during the last week of September each year or whenever it is most convenient in each campus' calendar. Utilizing a national awareness week is a great way to bring attention to the problem of hazing. The ultimate goal is to prevent hazing from happening in the first place. Some campuses host individual events and others plan an entire week of activities and programs.
