The Eco-Driver Workshop Series
Sports Car
The Eco-Driver Workshop is a community-based social marketing program that is delivered in a friendly, driver-to-driver format. The program promotes fuel-saving options through three core messages:
  1. Drive Fuel-Efficiently: There is a 35% difference between the most and least fuel-efficient drivers on the road.  Through ecodriver-style training, drivers have saved up to 10%.
  2. Maintain and Save: Regardless of the age and type of vehicle you drive, keeping it in top condition makes a significant difference in its fuel efficiency.
  3. Drive Less: In addition to encouraging fuel savings while driving, EcoDriver also promotes not driving - especially for short trips, which are the least efficient and most easily replaced by walking and cycling.

For more information, or to book your Eco-Driver Workshop contact admin@smartcommute404-7.ca.

TV Design Challenge With Ty Pennington

Ty PenningtonNew TV series is looking for people with a strong design sense who are enthusiastic about making over spaces in their homes. Host and design guru Ty Pennington wants to challenge two 'self proclaimed' designers to settle a friendly design rivalry.  Two friends or neighbours, siblings etc. compete in making over one room in their homes, to prove that they have what it takes when it comes to design.  Ty and his team will provide design tips during the process, and the show will supply $2000 worth of materials towards each project.  At the end of a 48-hour competition there will be only one winner and one prize to be won. Not to mention, the champion earn bragging rights and TV glory.
