Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce Business Directory 2010
The 2010 edition of the Richmond Hill Business Directory is almost here! The Business Directory, which lists information about all Chamber members, is a proven resource used by local companies all year round to find the products and services they need. A full colour, hard copy of the Directory will be distributed by Canada Post to over 6000 businesses (both members and non-members of the Chamber) in Richmond Hill. What can you do to make the most out of this publication?
1. Place an ad in the directory. Regardless of your company's size and marketing budget, we have an ad to suit your needs. For more information on ad prices, please click here.
2. Update your company's information with us. If you are a chamber member, please click here to reach the "members only" section of our website. Once you have logged in, check to make sure your company information is up to date and make any necessary changes to ensure that all your company information is correct. RHCOC Looking For Golf Enthusiasts 
Do you love golf? Are you looking for a new networking opportunity? Then the RHCOC Golf Committee is looking for you! The golf committee is getting underway and we are looking for some golf enthusiasts (or just enthusiastic volunteers) to help with planning the Chamber's annual golf tournament. This year the tournament will take place on Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 at the Richmond Hill Golf Club.

Richmond Hill Voted One of Canada's Top Cities!
 In a recent report prepared by the Conference Board of Canada, Richmond Hill was named one of Canada's six most attractive municipalities to work in. According to the Conference Board of Canada, Richmond Hill's diversity, strong economic performance, skilled labour force and low crime rates all contribute to Richmond Hill's strong grade. | Town of Richmond Hill Procurement Review
Chamber Board Members Meet with Town Representatives to Discuss Procurement Process
The Town of Richmond Hill is currently undertaking a review of its procurement practices and would like your feedback as a member of the Richmond Hill business community. We would appreciate it if you would take 3 to 5 minutes to complete a short on-line survey to help the Town serve you better. To complete the survey, please click here.
The Town is also holding a one-hour focus group to hear feedback from businesses on the Town's purchasing framework as part of this review. The focus group will be held on February 25, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. at the Municipal Offices, 225 East Beaver Creek Road. DECA Provincial Finals Needs Judges
This is a great opportunity for Chamber members to meet the young entrepreneurs of the future!!
Judges can be from industry, friends, business partners... even your spouse. Anyone who has an interest in seeing and meeting the youth of today who have an interest in business.
Last fall some of our members did participate in the DECA competition and the students really appreciated their efforts and comments as well the members found it to be quite a rewarding experience.
When and Where: Monday, February 8 and Tuesday, February 9, in downtown Toronto @ the Sheraton Hotel
