Posing as a typical customer, the mystery shopper observes service quality. They not only identify gaps and best practices, they provide tips for improvement. The Mystery Shopper Program is well-suited for both the small business owner and national chains. For more information call Jim Davidson at 416-447-7219 or email at jim.davidson@competitactics.com
