Calling all members of the 1971 St. Rita Football Team...
We want to honor YOU this October 14 at the St. Rita Varsity football game against Mt. Carmel. The 1971 St. Rita Football Team, arguably the best in school history, won the Catholic League and Prep Bowl titles en route to an undefeated season. The 1971 Chicago Sun-Times "Team of the Year" was also voted the best high school football team ever by longtime Chicago Prep Writer Taylor Bell.
The St. Rita Advancement and Athletic Office is proud to welcome back all members of the 1971 squad, their families, friends, and others to celebrate the achievements of the team and to share memories of that tremendous season.
All members should contact Ed Leiser '04, Associate Director of Alumni Relations, if interested in attending.
We hope to see every member of the '71 Champs!
