 The 4-4-2 System

The rule is: You have numbers up when defending, numbers down in the attack and numbers up or even in midfield.
If you are playing out of a 4-4-2 system, you would line up with 4 back players against 2 attacking players, 4v.4 in midfield, and 2v.4 upfront. Read More.

Juventus Named Recharge Team of the Month!

JuventusCongratulations to Juventus of the Liberal Adult Soccer League from Kansas for winning the July Recharge Team of the Month Award! Juventus was chosen for their fundraising efforts and for their willingness to help others.
