This survey was designed to gather information about our members wants, needs and overall view of the organization as a whole as well as a means to gather perspective from those folks involved with soccer but not members of USASA. Data collected will be used to help generate discussion points at USASA's Strategic Planning Summit this fall.

| USASA National Cup Finals Set For July 24-26 |
After months of preliminary rounds involving over 200 participating teams, the four regions of USASA have concluded another successful National Cups season.
USASA is pleased to announce the teams of the 2009 USASA National Cups Finals.These teams had to beat out hundreds of teams from across the United States; they keep the game alive and give extraordinary meaning to the competition.
Click below to see the teams that will proudly represent their respective region in the Open, Amateur, Over 30 and Under 23 divisions.
The national finals are set to kick off at the Seminole County Sports Training Center, Sanford (Orlando area), Fla., July 24-26.

| USASA Hall of Fame 2009 Spotlight |
Every month USASA will feature detailed Bios on two inductees at a time. Here are the first two inductees:
Steve Gogas of Land O' Lakes, Florida, has been coaching adult soccer in the Tampa Bay area for over three decades. Steve has always been more than just a coach to his players. He has been a friend, provider and sponsor. Because of his passion, players have stayed under his belt for more than 20 years. He has also earned the respect of the best players in the United States. Joe Gryzik of Chicago, Illinois, was born in Katowice, Poland on October 10, 1927. He began his long climb to the top in 1951 when he played for the Chicago All-Stars against the touring Swedish Club A.I.K. Stockholm.With only a year under his sleeve, Joe took the Eagles to win the Peel Cup (Illinois State Championship) in 1950, 1954, 1955, 1957, and 1963. Joe broke the scoring record in the Peel Cup by scoring eight goals in only one game. He was well known for being a high scorer in the indoor and outdoor divisions of Chicago's National Soccer League. Read More.

The USASA Hall of Fame Committee is now accepting Ads for its 2009 Program Book. The USASA Hall of Fame Ceremony Awards Dinner will be held on Saturday, October 10, during the USASA Midyear Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona.
If your Association would like to place an Ad in the 2009 Program Book, this is your chance to send your art-work in and congratulate the inductee(s) of your preference. You may also promote your Association through this marketing tool which will be distributed at the Hall of Fame Ceremony. | Veteran's Cup Celebrates 12th Annual Tournament! |

Despite temperatures in the 60s, the Veteran's Cup welcomed all 106 teams with its inauguration ceremony on Tuesday, July 7, at Devens Common Center Park, Mass.
The 12th annual ceremony kicked off at 6:30 p.m. with the participation of a Fife & Drum Band followed by Revolutionary War re-enactors. | Austin Wildcats Elected Recharge Team of the Month |
We are happy to announce that Austin Wildcats of the Austin Women's Soccer League is the June Recharge Team of the Month winner. The team, from the Texas State Soccer Association-South, is an organization of women focused on promoting women's soccer at all levels as well as giving back to the community.
