"A Celebration of Many Beautiful Animal Souls"
Throughout the past year, I have had the blessing of being a part of many emotional moments involving animals and their loved ones. I have watched beloved animals that were undergoing medical challenges beat the odds or, sadly, make their way to their heavenly home. Sometimes these souls passed peacefully as they slept, while other times their passing was very sudden and unexpected. I have "held a space" for animals and their humans, when the animal's human had to selflessly choose to assist their beloved animal back to their heavenly home. I've supported many as they considered their animal's level of pain or reflected upon their animal's express wishes when the animal was asked, "What do you want?" It is always amazing for me to see what happens as a Spirit transitions over. Although loved ones are left behind to mourn and grieve, I witness the beauty that unfolds as a Spirit "crosses over." The huge angelic presence that permeates the room, the brilliant light - so warm and welcoming, the peacefulness...it's really a beautiful moment when a Spirit leaves his or her body and makes their way home.
I have also had the blessing of talking with many animals throughout the year. One of the most popular questions I'm reached out for is to ask an animal what his or her level of pain is. Sometimes the owners are pleasantly surprised to hear that the pain level is less than they thought, while other times I have to gently share that their beloved animal friend is in excruciating pain. Regardless of the messages that I'm given to pass along, I cherish them all and I know that my clients do too. For each message gives insight, one way or the other, to that animal's beloved human family.
During Spiritual Connection Sessions, I serve as a bridge between an animal (or human) that has crossed over and their humans here on earth. For an hour, messages are shared back and forth...sometimes questions are asked, sometimes a heartfelt conversation takes place and other times signs of validation are provided. Every time I have shared a Spiritual Connection Session, I have always seen how beautiful our heavenly home is...the colors, the peacefulness, the glory and most importantly, sensing that they FEEL GREAT. No one is ever hurting or in pain...there is only celebration and freedom.
Today is my beloved Tippy's birthday...and for those of you who know me well, you know she is celebrating her birthday in heaven. Tippy has been one of my greatest teachers; she really pushed me into pursuing the path that I now share with so many animals (and their humans) today. She helped me to step into my magnificence...when I looked in her gorgeous brown eyes, with those long floppy ears cascading her beautiful face, I always saw and felt pure, immense love. This love was the reflection we had for each other...we were mirrors reflecting back the depth of our love. Real love is so incredibly powerful and so magnificently grand. I remember when I first saw Tippy as a puppy sitting in her cage, waiting to find her home....as soon as I saw her, I "knew" she was the one for me. Throughout her life, I proudly exclaimed how Tippy had a huge heart; I didn't realize, however, the power of our words. Towards the end of her earthly life, Tippy became quite ill...she was diagnosed with congestive heart disease. Tippy had an enlarged heart - her heart was literally too big. Although I kept encouraging Tippy to "go" on her own, during her sleep, she didn't want to leave me. She was fighting to stay by my side. Tippy's vet had warned me that if Tippy didn't pass on her own, she could end up drowning in her own body fluid. That was something I was not going to allow my little girl to endure. Every day, I watched as Tippy's body continued to balloon out. Finally, I had to a make a most selfless decision; I woke up one day and I knew with every fiber of my being that it was time for Tippy to go back to her heavenly home. I knew what I had to do.
Phone calls were made and I walked Tippy through her earthy home one last time, leading her out to the car. As Tippy and I sat side-by-side in the car, driving to the vet's office, I kept playing one song over-and-over again - a song that had great meaning to me. It continually astounds me how God and our angels orchestrate things to happen in divine order. Being quite emotional during our ride, I was becoming more and more agitated because of unexpected roadblocks due to construction and road repairs. I remember yelling - "REALLY GOD? DO I NEED TO CONTEND WITH THIS YET?" And then I realized....the detours were taking us on roads that Tippy and I had once walked many years ago. At first, I didn't even recognize what was once so familiar. Tippy sat staring out the window, taking it all in - the trees, the sidewalks, "our park," the buildings and streets. I then realized that these detours were really huge blessings...they were allowing us to walk down memory lane and bring Tippy whatever closure she needed.
I share this with you today for a few reasons. I want to celebrate and commemorate Tippy...without her, I would not have helped as many animals and people as I have throughout the years. She is with me in every session, always teaching me more and supporting me. I also want to celebrate all the amazing animals that I am blessed to know. This year in particular, there were many beloved animals I know that crossed over. I want to not only celebrate Tippy, I want to celebrate all these beautiful souls. I know that all of our beloved animal friends are running around together, joyfully playing and watching over us. I also want to assure all those who have had to grieve a beloved pet's crossing that our animals always remain with us...always. And so, I share with you something very personal to me - I share the song that will forever be "mine and Tippy's." Tippy coaxed me to step into my magnificence. And when you hear the song that I'm about to share, you'll understand how God and our angels orchestrated even that. I hope that this song helps you to connect with whoever it is that your soul longs to connect with. I hope that it helps you to see the magnificence and love that you are. Whether it's a beloved animal friend that your heart longs to connect with and feel, or a special someone who has also made his or her way to their heavenly home...close your eyes, open your heart, call on Archangel Azrael, and allow yourself to feel your loved one's presence with you. They're here with you...forever and always.
