Caly's first RECORDED Guided Meditation is here and now available to order! This is the first meditation in the collection, A Journey Through The Chakras. The collection appropriately begins with our first chakra, also known as our root/grounding chakra ~ Muladhara.

On this CD, Caly Lehrer leads us through two guided meditations, focusing on our first chakra. Included on the CD are some tips on how to meditate, as well as an insert that tells more about the chakra - such as what color is associated with it, how it affects us physically, what stones/crystals to use when working on this chakra, plus so much more.

Each Chakra Meditation CD will have two guided meditations on it, focusing on that particular chakra. The meditations are all written and led by Caly. Included in the meditations are chants of the vibrational sound associated with each chakra.
