Although it's been on hiatus for awhile, it's come to our attention that many of you miss Caly's Chakra Meditation Series.  As such, we're going to start it up again this September!  "A Journey Through The Chakras" is a Guided Meditation Series that was written by Caly.  As we gather together each month, we will focus on a particular chakra, starting with our first chakra and working our way up through our crown chakra.  This Meditation Series is a great way to learn more about each individual chakra, as well as to relax through a Guided Meditation, written and led by Caly.  Although you're welcome to attend them all, you don't have to commit to attending all of the chakra meditations - come for one, two or all! 

 

This month we will kick off the Meditation Series with our First Chakra, otherwise known as our root/grounding chakra, which is located at the base of our spine. 

 

We hope to see familiar faces, as well as some new faces!  All levels of meditation experience are welcome!

 

Do you have a less than desirable habit you've been trying to break free from, without success?  Perhaps you bite your nails?  Stomp your feet when you're nervous?  Smoke cigarettes?  If so, you're invited to join us for a Group Guided Mini-Journey Process geared towards helping people change their unwanted behaviors.  The night will start with a short Meditation, followed by the Guided Journey Process.  Afterwards, we will sit in satsang (a time of sharing in truth). 

 

This is the first time this event is being held at Peace-By-Peace, and we hope you can join us!  (Please note that you don't need to talk or identify your habit out loud - that is entirely up to you.)  This is a great way to deepen any Journey Processes you've already had or it's a great way to be introduced to The Journey(tm).
