 Summer Notes....
I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer so far! Although it's been somewhat steamy at times, it's still great to be able to walk outside without bulky winter coats, gloves, hats and such. This weekend we will all be celebrating America's birthday....a time for picnics, BBQs, cobbed corn, watermelon and Caly's personal favorite....ice-cream! Many of us will also ooh-and-aah under a kaleidoscope of vibrant fireworks. You, too, are a vibrant display of energetic colorful light! Have you been hiding your light or letting your light illuminate the world? In order to ensure that our light is brightly shining, it is essential that we daily set time aside to take care of SELF, so that our light can shine brilliantly.....prompting others to ooh-and-aah, celebrating in the beauty of YOU!

 Meditation at Success Express
Caly will be at Success Express on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at 7:00 PM, leading us through a guided meditation from her meditation series, "A Journey Through the Chakras." This month's meditation is about our 5th Chakra, the Throat Chakra. Caly finds that a lot of healing takes place at her clients' throat chakras. Although it is not technically our middle chakra, the throat is a "tunnel" of sorts, in which the emotions of our heart (4th chakra) meet up with that which we see and perceive (6th chakra). If our 5th chakra is not balanced, then as our emotions and views flow into our throat and meet up with one another, "congestion" occurs (whether in the form of strep throat, laryngitis, neck tightness, etc.). If you feel there's some congestion at your throat (swallowed anger or perhaps carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders), come join us to create a clear path for the flow of peace, harmony and creativity (expression) to travel.

On Thursday, July 10, 2008, at 6:00 PM, join Caly as she leads us through a guided meditation from her continuing series, "A Journey Through the Chakras." This month, our meditation will focus on a Summary of The Chakras. This is a great opportunity to review the seven chakras - whether you're finishing up the series or contemplating joining us (again or for the first time) in September, for a brand new start of this wonderful meditation series. Or, maybe you just want to see if Meditation is even for you! Regardless of your reasons, we'd love for you to join us.
