The Advanced Solar Electric
crew finished installation of a new solar system at the
home of Nina Girvetz just in time for the Mayor to help
celebrate this latest completed Solar Santa Monica

| Open House Brings 'Em In! |

One June 20th, 88 well-wishers crowded into the
Solar Santa Monica office to meet each other and the
program's Preferred Providers. People enjoyed
refreshments, talked with City staff, utility
representatives and installers, and poked and
prodded at the various samples of solar equipment
inside the office and outside at the curb. (See photo
below!)

The Solar Santa Monica team has narrowed the list
of potential financial partners. Negotiations are
continuing to see what rates and terms we can
arrange for our participants.
