| Happy Nutrition Month! |
While March is a National Nutrition Month in the States where there are various campaigns that focus attention on the importance of making informed food
choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits - I thought that it would, perhaps, be a good idea to achieve the same here, across the Atlantic, with this newsletter issue.
Now is a good time to do a quick check-up on
your dietary habits as many times too often the New Year's resolutions start to fade as spring approaches and we lose focus. Those that follow my newsletters because of my usual emphasis on how to lose weight need to remember that the road to a healthy and safe (and long term) weight loss starts exactly once nutrition basics are put in place.
