 Fall is in the Air
Although it's still officially a week away, it sure felt like fall this morning when I walked outside to get the paper. The air is beginning to take on that crispness so definitive of the season...its chilly edge makes me crave the warmth of the bakery's ovens.
Already I see trees acknowledging the change of season with a gradual shift in their green canopies to a splendid array of red, yellow and orange. When I add in the kids returning to school, football games and homecoming dances I know it's true: summer is coming to an end.
But I look forward to the fall, for it is truly a time of tradition. I hope your family enjoys the season as well, whether it be picking apples, hunting for the perfect pumpkin, or just talking around a bonfire.

Apple's Gluten Free Staff Headed to Expo

Cassie and Amy from Apple's Gluten Free Kitchen will be on the road early next month as they head to the Gluten Free Living Expo October 7-9 in Carmel, Indiana.
The 3-day event will include speakers, a gourmet gluten-free luncheon, cooking demonstrations, and foods and services by more than 60 local and national gluten-free vendors...including Apple's!
