In a recent edition of The Information Management Journal (Nov/Dec 2007) an article entitled "CIOs need holistic view of e-records" discusses the sense of urgency required by organisations (both public and private) to "ensure the proper management [of] information assets and the technological infrastructure for locating and retrieving information".
