Food & Clothing Drives
grocery bag

Food and Clothing Drives must be on our calendar!

We appreciate your donations but ask that you call first to help us prepare for your delivery and to ensure that there are enough volunteers to manage the volume of incoming donations.

Food Drives will be needed during the spring and summer (April - August) months.  During the winter and fall, however, less is needed.

Our Thrift Store is currently at maximum capacity for clothing donations, however, FURNITURE donations (anything except padding, mattresses) are desperately needed!

Please visit our website for a current listing of donations hours.

Thank you!

If you or someone you know is in need of extra prayer support, we would be happy to pray for you. Please send your requests to Annette Bosley at
office@wfcmva.org and we will add you to our monthly Prayer Focus. God bless!

WFCM Client Testimony

We assisted a family of four with their disconnected DVP account.  The mother, Susan, is working full time and attending college.  She will graduate this spring and will then go to graduate school for business. The father, Tom, is working at a restaurant in another state to gain experience.  Their daughter, Mary, is in cooking school and will be graduating next year. Their goal is to open a family restaurant in three years.
Volunteer of the Month!

For over 10 YEARS, Mel Quinn has graced our presence in the WFCM Food Pantry.  She fills many roles in life...mother, grandmother, great grandmother.  Here at WFCM, we know her best as friend and comedian!  Rain or shine (or even snow), she volunteers nearly every day in the pantry. Clients and volunteers love her as much as we do, as she always knows how to touch hearts and make people smile.  She also reminds us to keep it light and that we should find humor in all situations.  Mel lives locally and attends Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church.
