HIGHLIGHTS
Three "Glass-Ceiling Busters" will share their stories about how they climbed the rough road to the top in their respective professions, overcame obstacles, and paved the way for the next generation of Latinas.

Panamanian-born Arisa Batista Cunningham entered the
corporate world after earning degrees from Sta. Maria La Antigua University and James Madison University and her MBA from Ohio University. Today she leads the Global Diversity Strategic Alliances and Leadership Programs at Johnson & Johnson.
The Hon. Iris Martinez earned degrees from Northeastern

More recently State Senator Martinez was elected Chair of the Hispanic Caucus of the Democratic National Committee.
The Hon. Aida Alvarez has had an extraordinary career that includes her early years of work in the television industry, a senior position at Bear Stearns in the financial industry, and then in government where she headed the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight.
