Pilates at CPAT!!

New Pilates Classes and Pricing Options!

Pilates at CPAT: CPAT instructors are trained in Pilates based exercises and are also licensed physical therapists. We have the expertise to train your body effectively while minimizing risk of injury. Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Pilates’ classes are geared towards developing “core strength” - this includes the muscle groups located between your shoulders and hips, but many of the exercises also tone the arms and legs. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven invaluable as a fitness tool and also as an important adjunct to sports training and physical rehabilitation. For more information please click on the pilates picture to be redirected to our website, or call the Laurel office at 301-498-2212

Chesapeake Physical and Aquatic Therapy (CPAT) was established in August 2002 by Doug Rosener, MPT and Jared Goldstein, MPT. Both having years of experience in outpatient therapy in the corporate environment, the two came together to create a more family-oriented practice specializing in personalized individual care. The therapists at CPAT have treated a diverse patient population, including college and professional athletes, weekend warriors, homemakers, children and the elderly. This specialized treatment, along with their commitment to one-on-one, personalized care, makes Chesapeake an attractive choice for outpatient therapy. CPAT clinics are located throughout the Baltimore/DC corridor with locations in Bowie, Catonsville, Columbia, Laurel, and Severna Park. Thank you for taking the time to read our newsletter and being a part of the CPAT online community!

Sincerely,
