| Slater Re-Invests in Andera |

Slater has provided a second round of funding to financial technology company Andera to accelerate new product development. Andera provides automated online account opening and funding technologies for retail financial institutions and was recently recognized as an industry leader by analyst firm Aite Group. In April, the company also announced a strategic alliance with S1 Corporation that allows the provider's banking solution customers to open and fund accounts using Andera's integrated technology.

| Creative Circle Receives B Round |

Slater has re-invested in Providence-based Creative Circle Advertising Solutions, Inc., developer of innovative internet software for media companies. The company will use its new investment to enhance its sales and marketing capabilities for its flagship product, adQ: Intelligent Classifieds, and to accelerate its expansion into new markets. Since its first customer win just last year, the company has installed its products at 26 broadcast stations, reaching 30% of U.S. households.

| Slater Provides Tizra with $500K in Funding |

Slater has invested in Providence software developer Tizra Inc. The funding will allow Tizra to complete the development and commercialization of AgilePublisher, the company's online publishing and delivery technology for book-based content.

| Slater Finances Robotics Startup |

Slater has committed funding to medtech startup Innovention Technologies to further develop its robotic medical device prototype for use in upcoming human clinical trials. Founded in Pittsburgh, the company recently established commercial operations in Middletown, R.I.

| KMWorld Names Traction Software One of "100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management" |

KMWorld has named Traction Software to its annual list of the "100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management." Traction's TeamPage was also recently named "Best Enterprise Wiki" in InfoWorld Magazine's 2007 Technology of the Year Awards, and was recognized as a Trend-Setting Product of 2006 by KMWorld last summer, confirming its strength in the online communications space.

| RightPath Payments Signs Agreement with Top U.S. Reseller |

RightPath Payments has signed an alliance agreement with Crowe Chizek and Company LLC, a premier accounting and consulting firm, to allow Crowe the exclusive right to market and sell RightPath's Business Payment Connection (BPC) product to financial institutions in the United States.

| Slater Leads Rhode Island Contingent at BIO Convention |

Slater joined a number of its portfolio companies and several state agencies at the Rhode Island booth at the BIO 2007 Convention in Boston from May 7-8. "Destination: Innovation" gave nearly 20,000 attendees from 60 different countries a glimpse of the burgeoning Rhode Island biotech industry, and afforded Slater the chance to introduce several local firms to potential investors.

Slater Technology Fund has appointed three new members to its Board of Directors, widening the constituencies represented by the organization's governance and augmenting the financial acumen and experience of its advisors. Joining the board are Andrea Corcoran, former executive vice president and general counsel of Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDSIX) and current general counsel and secretary at TolerRx, Inc.; Scott Laurans, managing director, Mellon Financial; and Jeffrey Vogel, co-founder and managing director of Velocity Equity Partners. |
