Roasted or Grilled Alaskan Halibut with Fennel and Cannellini Beans
 This month's recipe features fennel bulb, which Italian cooks use raw and cooked in side dishes, salads, pastas, and risottos.
If you are not partial to the mild, licorice-like flavor of fennel bulb, you could substitute radicchio or cabbage.

When the body receives 5-6 small meals per day (eating something every 4 hours) the body's blood sugar is more balanced throughout the day.
By eating smaller meals throughout the day you will experience more energy, better focus and concentration and less over eating at each meal. This sets the stage for weight and inch release and maintenance of ideal weight.
