Greetings!
Let's commit to giving our children the best chance for learning! This starts with the nutrition we give them. This month I will be giving several talks focused on children's health. I invite you to attend our September health talks on Nutrition and Brain Power. I will be joined by my wife, Debby and we will share the importance that nutrition plays on your family's mental, emotional and physical health.
Through September, I will continue talking about the benefits of Homeopathy in treating ADHD and Autism. Please visit the Charlotte Earth Fare stores on Saturday, Sept. 20 as 5% of their proceeds on this day will go toward the Autism Foundation of the Carolinas. Read below how Carolinas Natural Health Center is participating in this important event.

"My 18 month old visited Dr. Dillon because she had eczema. What I loved most about Dr. Dillon was her deep level of concern for Avery and our family, and her willingness to spend a lot of time with us. She has excellent listening and people skills. She went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to help Avery with her eczema. Thanks so much, Dr. Dillon!" Sarah Davis

Good nutrition is the basis for vibrant health. Nutrition affects ALL aspects of our health, including physical, mental and emotional. Our bodies crave the naturally occurring nutrients in whole, unprocessed foods. When we provide our bodies with the nourishment they were designed for, we increase our possibility of experiencing optimal health and performance.
Do's and Don'ts of providing healthy food for your family:
Do:
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
- Ingest healthy fats
- Choose whole grain or sprouted breads
- Opt for healthy sources of protein
- Drink plenty of water
Don't:
- Over-consume sugar
- Eat partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats)
- Consume artificial flavor/colorings
