    buy Attend 200x230

I’ve been working with children, and their families, for over twenty years. Over 1,000 of them had Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ( ADHD ), or some related neurological condition.

I've heard all of the "criticisms" before - that ADHD is not "real," or that ADHD is just a label to give to children who are brats, or a label that poor parents need to feel better about themselves or their situation. But these opinions are only that - opinions. They are not based on fact, science, or reality.

The reality is that Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a neurologically based disorder.

This position has become controversial as many would like to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder altogether saying that there is no evidence of neurological differences, or that there are no medical tests to diagnose ADD ADHD, or that the diagnostic criteria is too broad.

But the fact of the matter is that there are measurable neurological differences, and there are several good tests available to physicians and psychologists to diagnose the disorder. The problem here is that they

Can you point me to where I can find the specific ingredients of Attend? I'd like to know what's in it before I consider ordering any.

    Thanks

Here are three pages that might help:

http://www.newideas.net/attend.htm - which links to two pages with ingredient lists:

    http://www.newideas.net/attendcompare.htm and

If you'd like even more information, you'd have to contact the manufacturer at http://www.vaxa.com

    Thanks for your interest

Thanks a bunch for such a quick response! Attend looks very interesting. I've been getting bad headaches with dexedrine and was looking up side effects when I came across Attend. It's good to see alternatives. Until I began suffering headaches I just wasn't researching options.

    reply...

I'm sorry to hear about the headaches. All stimulants are vaso-dilators, and for some people they create migraine like problems, including headaches. Even coffee can do this for some people.

If you decide to try Attend, I'd recommend that you first start with our recommended eating program at http://www.newideas.net/adddiet.htm even while using the dexedrine. And talk with your doctor.

Give the eating program a couple of weeks to see if there are some foods that you might be allergic to that you need to remove from your diet. Then slowly add in the Attend (and any "sister" products like Extress) over perhaps three weeks.

Go slowly from one a day to two per day, all the way up to two caps twice per day. Once you are at this level, stay there for about three weeks and then see (with your doctor's supervision) if you can decrease the dose of the dexedrine and still keep the levels of benefit from it. Many people can decrease their medication levels by 50% pretty easily while taking 2-4 caps of Attend per day, and still maintain all of the benefits from the medication (but reducing the side-effects). Some can eliminate the medication all together, but most people don't want to. Even small doses of the medications can be helpful to focus and memory. Then, after a month or so, lower the dose of Attend to the lowest dose that works (I take 2 per day).

Also take a lot of essential fatty acids (fish oils, flax seed oil, etc) for about the next year. You can get these at a local health food store. There are about 10 good reasons to take a lot of them, but the main one for you is that they can help with brain performance.

Finally, please consider the possibility that something else beside the dexedrine is causing the headaches (ie too much coffee, or a recent root canal, or eating or drinking something that you are actually allergic to such as milk, or some medical condition). Be sure to talk with your doctor.

    Just some thoughts.

    Happy Holidays

    Heading for Guatemala Again
    Pixabaj School

Dallas and I will be heading back to Guatemala in January to continue working on the school project in Pixabaj.

We've completed the first floor, and I'll be helping to get things ready for six volunteer construction teams to come during January and February. They will work to complete the second floor.

The very first class of 130 students will begin January 22nd! Amazing! By the way, there are about 20 students that still need sponsors at $40 per month. Its a great way to change the world - one life at at time.
