The first discussion series of the 2011-2012 season will feature eight, short, seven minute presentations by New England artists who are making great strides within - or commentaries upon - the spheres of new media + emerging technologies, and whose projects are expanding the "publicness" of public art.

"VIRTUAL STREET CORNERS" WINS BIG!

"Virtual Street Corners" was selected as one of the top 50 public art projects nationally in 2010 at the Americans for the Arts public art pre-conference earlier this summer! 

 

Congratulations to the artist, John Ewing, and all who participated in this project. 

 

"Virtual Street Corners" was one of over 400 submissions and the only New England project to have received the award this year.  Way to represent, John!
