Instant Learning: How it works and how to make it happen?
In my April 20 blog, I delve into how we create instant learning events for our learners. Instant learning happens as a quick loop of experience consisting of an event, feedback and discovery.
We have opportunities to replicate the instant experience loop by sharing stories and the realities of life. This can be recreated and embedded as elements in our design. Stories become vital to the instant learning process through sharing stories. Let the story convey the message and the learners grasp the lesson - instantly.
Instant learning saves you time and money. Learn the step by step approach. See more tips, examples, templates and demos please visit my blog.

Videos: Examples of Stories to Connect Instant Learning
In the April 20, 2011 blog, I spoke of Instant Learning using Shared Stories. Below are two examples of stories that help learners instantly connect their own personal experience and the embedded content.
INSTRUCTIONS
After reviewing the examples, quickly ask yourself this question:
"What story can you instantly connect to the example?" and
"What content idea promptly comes to mind?"
The first allows you to connect your own shared story. The second shows you that there is an embedded content which is triggered by the story.
The Frustrated Programmer (24 seconds)

This video is a funny way of illustrating some story and content. It calls immediate attention and enhances the value of sharing a story. (Click here to pay the video)
CallSource Compliance Video (1:28 minutes)

The video, compliments of Ann Kwinn of CallSource, uses stories to connect the individual's personal experience regarding the application of the Fair Housing Compliance Laws. (Click here to play the video)
