Greetings!

The Santa Ana trusses were delivered and installed. The scissor trusses were made from resawn kiln dried Douglas fir. The members were held together with hammered metal plates. They were site assembled in one day and craned into place the next day. The site was really tight which made assembling and craning a challenge. The crane had to reach over the house but we've done that before.

SIP Projects

CHC Nipomo

A 6000 square foot SIP roof fot the CHC project in Nipomo Ca. The SIPs on the roof were fabricated by Pacific Post & Beam

Rosetta Building
San Luis Obispo

These 6" and 12" SIP for curtail walls on a steel frame building were delivered to the San Luis Obispo site August 27th. Installation by SRG construction.

Phase two of the Pacific Grove project is starting, the stairs to the
terrace and the front entry trusses are bring cut in the shop for
delivery end of September.
