The trusses for the outdoor covered pool structure in Templeton are cut and ready for installation by the owner, installation is next week. The timber for the bridge and deck connecting a house and garage apartment in Pacific Grove will be in the shop next week and delivered in May.  We also have 2 commercial SIP projects that we are supplying SIPs for, one in San Luis Obispo and one in Nipomo.
 
The SIP and timber Kensington project is finished, exterior porch and all.

    The SIP home in San Miguel is permitted, Foundation is being poured next week.

    The Morgan Hill Timber Frame and SIP home is planed for spring construction.
