We have timber ordered for two truss projects, an outdoor covered pool structure in Templeton, and a bridge and deck connecting a house and garage apartment in Pacific Grove.  We also have 2 comercial SIP projects that we are supplying SIPs for, one in San Luis Obispo and one in Nipomo.
 
The SIP and timber Kensington project is finished except for an exterior porch left for us to build.

    The design for the SIP home and guest house in San Miguel is out of plan check for corrections with an early spring construction date.

    The Morgan Hill Timber Frame and SIP home is planed for spring construction.

Camille and I attended an open house and BBQ for everyone who worked on the project in Carmel that we built the trusses for in 2011.  It was a nice way for the owners to show their appreciation for the crews.The home was finished beautifully and it was great to see the finished product.
