  The Kensington project is coming along, with inspections and holidays involved we aren't moving as quickly as planed. All of the first floor SIP walls are up and we will have some timber on site soon, right now the plan is to be back on site Tuesday December 27th.    See photos of the Kensington project
    The design for the SIP home and guest house in San Miguel is about to go to plan check with an early spring construction date.
    The Morgan Hill Timber Frame and SIP home is planed for spring construction.
