State of the Union - CEO Jeffrey Nelson

 Greetings!

This year has flown by, hasn't it? It's hard to believe that 2012 is just around the corner. We began the New Year with lots of new certifications and a brand new client relationship plan intended to increase client satisfaction. Here are 5 key client-facing developments you watched unfold over this last year.

1. Client Experience Survey: We implemented our Client Experience Survey to keep a close and immediate eye on the experience our valued clients are having.  Your feedback has been fundamental in helping us continue to improve your experience.  Leave feedback!

2. Client Communication: Service Orders are now set up so that the individual who opened the ticket receives a confirmation directly. This has helped improve communication across our clients' organizations. Thank you for your cooperation with this!

3. Client Education: Launched in January of 2011, the Anexio blog is filled with  timely and relevant posts with a focus on business, technology, leadership and humor! Subscribe to the Anexio Blog.

4. Brand Promise: To exemplify our promise of making IT work for you, we filmed our brand promise video. Watch the video.

5. Client Consulting:  At Anexio, we are thrilled to make IT work for you, keep it working - and most importantly - working in a way that advances your business. Learn more about our business continuity solutions.

The end of the year will soon be here.  I encourage you to participate, read the blog, visit the marketplace, send us your feedback by participating in the client survey, and reach out to us to begin your year-end and new year planning. Leverage the rest of this year for productive planning!

Sincerely,
