This year has flown by, hasn't it? It's hard to believe that 2012 is just around the corner. We began the New Year with lots of new certifications and a brand new client relationship plan intended to increase client satisfaction. 1. Client Experience Survey: We implemented our Client Experience Survey to keep a close and immediate eye on the experience our valued clients are having. Your feedback has been fundamental in helping us continue to improve your experience. Leave feedback!
2. Client Communication: Service Orders are now set up so that the individual who opened the ticket receives a confirmation directly. This has helped improve communication across our clients' organizations. Thank you for your cooperation with this!
