Our early bird deadline for registration to our Annual Banquet has been extended to Tuesday February 8th. Due to unforeseen complications, our PO Box was rejecting mail for a week. Several members contacted me about their returned mail and the problem was fixed. The directors held a meeting on Feb. 1st and voted to extend the deadline to allow members the necessary time to re-send their registrations.

Our deadline for the letting Ocean House know how many of us will be attending is also February 8th. It looks like we are on track for around 125 people. We need to get all the applications in by that date so that I can give them a fair estimate of the amount of people attending. We have a 10% variance on the count, if less people show up the club still has to pay for the estimate.

So we don't have to pay for unsold seats we will be conservative and only estimate paid seats by February 8th. We will allow late signup but we are limited to only a few.
