NOMINATION FORM

All nominations must be submitted by Nov. 2nd!

The date is on your calendar, but are you ready to vote? Better yet, are you ready to brag a little? You have one month to nominate your business or organization. You are also encouraged recommend and nominate others. This evening is a fun expanded version of our Annual Christmas Party with the opportunity to recognize some business achievement. There will be a runner-up and a winner in each of the following categories.

Categories include:

- Retail Award

- Non-Profit Achievement Award

- Curb Appeal Award

- Social Media Award

- Marketing Award

- Community Champion Award

- Staff Development Award

More details on the criteria in each category will be clearly outlined on the nomination form. A variety of independent judges will help us in the selection process in various categories. The deadline to submit all nominations will be November 2nd at Noon.
