That is why our parts department has been working diligently to improve our trouble shooting and part replacement accuracy. We have added part photos to our inventory management system and we've expanded our Parts and Repair Team to better serve our customers.
In this issue we introduce the new Mill Away / Jog Away Program Interruption Feature on our CNC Controls and what's behind our Lean, Mean, Green Machines. We want to learn more about your work too, so we're launching the Great Parts! contest where our customers win by sharing workpieces they have machined using Milltronics CNC Machines with our conversational controls.

How It Works
| | New Control Feature "Mill Away / Jog Away"
Now operators can interrupt a program, "Jog Away" from the part if needed, and then easily resume the program from the point of interruption. "Mill Away"  makes it simple for the operator to stop the spindle, check the tool or move the XY axes individually, and the re-start the spindle. We recently asked our readers for input on our e-newsletters, they responded, and we are listening. We sincerely appreciate the feedback and suggestions for making "CNC Updates" valuable for everyone.
Survey results confirmed we should provide solid information that can be put to use and forget sales pitches. The most frequent requests were for more tips on controls and machine features, more helpful demo videos, and more application stories. So, that's what we will be working to provide.
