#1: Conversational Cut and Paste Function in Edit. It's easy to copy or move events within a single
conversational program on our Centurion CNC Controls. Just use "Conversational Cut and Paste
Function in Edit", read more.
#2: Hand Wheel Run Mode "Hand Wheel Run Mode" allows the hand wheel to
function as a 'dead man' switch on Centurion CNC Controls. The feedrate override knob controls the step
size and/or increment. Find out more.

Customer Spotlight: Fab Masters Co, Inc.
|
|
The Fab
Masters name is synonymous with custom aluminum extrusion machining in Southwestern Michigan.
This production machine shop produces between two and five million parts
in a given year for defense applications, diesel engines, dental equipment,
lifting equipment, and emergency vehicles, to name a few. Success factors cited by Eugene Sibley,
Machine Programming and Maintenance Manager, include equipping the shop with the
right equipment to get the job done. They
choose configuration options for their CNC machines to maintain the highest
quality and efficiency rates for their aluminum extrusion machining operations.
Each project is evaluated and processed on the most efficient mill for the job. Of all the machines with which Gene has had
experience over the years, he finds that the combination of easy programming
on Milltronics mills and probing capabilities allow Fab Masters to overcome
raw extrusion tolerances and produce some of the most challenging and complex
parts.
Get the whole story.
Window frames for military vehicles are produced in Fab Masters' welding
center. The frames are joined in a robotic welding cell. Then, two Milltronics
VM25 vertical machining centers handle the finishing for this large-volume job.
