So Important A Meeting, It Should Be Mandatory!

As parents and leaders, we all want the best possible program for our sons and daughters. Great programs begin with planning ... and planning begins at the Council Program Kickoff. Council VP of Program Jack Berry and his team of put together an exceptional evening all geared toward serving our volunteers with tools and information.

Wednesday, May 18

The Program Kickoff is designed to give leaders all the tools and tips to plan an outstanding year-round Scouting program for their unit. All volunteer committees will be represented (that's over 30 tables); pick up the 2011-2012 Council Calendar & Leader's Program Directory; get answers to your burning questions.

We'll also have door prizes including an autographed 2009-2010 UCONN Men's Basketball (including Kemba Walker!!). Parking is free.

We are also proud to award the Medal of Merit award to Ian Knight of Danbury Troop 9, and also conducting a Wood Badge beading ceremony for several individuals who have completed the course from last year.

Last Chance to RSVP with your unit number, district and number of people attending to [email protected] so we are prepared with enough food and handouts.
