It's going to happen.
We are indeed moving forward with a cover contest for Retro Lovely No.4. What we are doing is two covers and two different promotions. The key is it will be a search for new models. As in open to models who have never been on the cover of any print publication (not just pinup).
Many of you who took part in our cover survey were asked if you'd like the opportunity to take part in the selection of these models and while we are gearing this up to remove any sort of "vote for me" popularity angle we still do not want to exclude those of you who have supported Retro Lovely all along. So, at some point late in the game we will invite those who took part in the survey to share their opinions on the submissions. We are not going to call it a vote however. We very much want to keep that popularity aspect out of this. Anyone in the contest will be excluded from this of course. More details follow. Beginnings of info here:

It's shaping up to be every bit as good as the first two and will be very nearly 50% larger in size than issue #1.
