Viva Las Vegas and the Lone Star Round Up in Austin were incredible.  Feedback from the events was nothing less than astonishing.

 

For those who bought copies, thank you.  For those who have not done so yet we want you to know that we are on a fast track to selling out.  Just prior to going to press we increased the order by 1000 copies, now we were already into some heady numbers for a brand new publication and had great anxiety adding this amount... but if we had it to do over we'd have added another 2 or 3 thousand copies.  At the current rate we will probably run out before issue #2 is even printed.  With that when we hit the 500 mark we will be raising the price up to $15 on the website as the issue is poised to have some collector value, there is a real buzz in the scene and we aren't even accounting for momentum beyond what we are already experiencing.

 

Another telling, and heartening fact is that already 60% of the advertisers in the first issue have contacted us, yes them contacting us, to ask if they can get space in issue #2. THAT is pretty remarkable.
