An optimist stays up until midnight to see in the new year. A pessimist stays up to make sure the old year leaves. Regardless of your methodology for ringing in the new year, we wish you and yours health and prosperity in the new year!

CIEDA Management

Wind Creek Wetumpka

Schematic design of this new facility is in process and construction is anticipated to commence this summer.

Creek Casino Montgomery Expansion

The facility was opened during a grand opening party on Tuesday, December 13th and is substantially complete. Construction is underway to renovate the existing building into a food court and completion is expected by the end of January.

Gretna Poker Room

The grand opening for the Poker Room was held on December 17th and the building is substantially complete. Barrel racing has been ongoing since the 1st of December.    

Creek Travel Plaza

Site grading operations are continuing and the building work has commenced. Footings for the building are in place and the masonry work is underway. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2012.

Ashland Avenue Project

The utility work is progressing.  The lots are expected to be ready for housing development within the next few months.

Poarch Assisted Living Center and Poarch Health Clinic
The architects are preparing exterior elevation studies, site issues, and programming for both the Assisted Living Facility  and the Poarch Health Clinic.  They have developed a preliminary estimate of the cost of the work and further budget refinement is underway.  Site work is expected to begin within six months.

Entertainment District Project

Two site plans have been prepared for discussion and venue programming. The architect will be making a final presentation to the CIEDA Board of Directors in the near future.
