Greetings!
Happy Friday! I hope you've had a great week figuring out how your delights can lead you to God! It's been cool to get the emails from you sharing your stories about the life-change you are experiencing!
This week we are going to talk about "blind spots." And no . . . not just the ones in the car when we drive.
Ortberg makes the commnet "We sit in our own blind spots."
A friend of mine shared with me once, "We are most critical of that which we are often the most guilty!"
Sunday we will all look at where we are sitting and we will find our own blind spots and hopefully find some ways to see more clearly!
I do ask that you be in prayer for the West positions we have open! We have gotten a few phenomenal candidates for the worship position and age level position and as we and the Staff Parish Relations Committee (the HR Committee) in the UMC begin conversaitons w/ them I ask that you pray that God will give us discernment for where God is leading!!!!
